- Must be on-site Monday through Friday to support first shift production team. The hours are typically ~6am – 3pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes for production employees.
- Serves as the HR help desk for production team members and leaders.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Track attendance and create attendance status notices to employees.
- Maintain employee data, integrity, and confidentiality of Human Resource systems and files. p
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Support safety program and record keeping as directed by HR leadership.
- Follow all ethical, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Compile data and creates reports for key HR metrics.
- Support efforts to always improve the employee experience.
- Support HR leadership in developing and facilitating effective communications to all team members.
- Plan, coordinate and implement activities that create an inclusive environment.
- Support company events and celebrations through participation in team planning, sending invites, tracking attendees, coordinating with vendors and caterers; also responsible for effective execution and follow up post event
- Serve as backup for other team members as needed.
