- Scheduling & coordinating interviews for all areas of business.
- Execute administrative tasks relating to regularly scheduled interview days.
- Assist Talent Acquisition team members with candidate sourcing.
- Must have the ability to be creative in onboarding strategies.
- Ability to influence others to follow recruiting process.
- Be able to work independently
- Work in the Applicant Tracking System and maintain applicant data and job postings.
- Promote compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulation.
- Recognize & appreciate our culture and use it to help move the recruiting team forward
- Administer all onboarding paperwork to incoming new hires with continuous follow up.
- Be flexible & develop a strong communication flow with each team member being assisted.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Ability to do local travel 10-15% of the time.
- Results orientated and collaborative work style required.
- Applicant Tracking System experience preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in HR/Recruiting or Sales is a plus.
- Ability to speak passionately and fluently about why you want to recruit.
- Exercise confidentiality.
- Proven experience connecting quickly with people and influencing behavior.
- Be bold and unafraid to speak up and share feedback.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture and be able to explain how you've executed work without a roadmap before.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven.
