Responsibilities
- Human Resources Program Management - Provide strategic and tactical leadership for Human Resources strategies and processes that support organizational capability.
- Organizational Design - Consult and guide leaders through organizational design activities to ensure the organization is structured to achieve organizational and business goals.
- Talent Management - Facilitate the creation and implementation of a skills roadmap, policies and practices to guide leaders as they identify, engage, grow and retain talent.
- Performance Development - Coach and guide leaders during the performance management process to identify positive and negative performance trends for individuals, specific teams and groups. Collaborate with plant managers or groups of managers to leverage learnings for individual and organization next steps. Consult and advise the creation and delivery of performance development training curriculum and materials.
- Succession Planning - Lead the development and implementation of succession planning processes, tools and plans for assigned area of responsibility. Collaborate with managers and organizational leaders to develop actionable plans for individuals and the organization.
- Leadership Development - Provide leadership development to new and existing managers through coaching and mentoring. Consult and advise the EGGER organization on development of leadership training curriculum and materials.
- Employee Engagement and Retention - Measure employee employee engagement and retention, identify trends and develop recommendations where appropriate to ensure healthy levels of engagement and retention.
- Compensation - Ensure consistent application of compensation practices by guiding managers through planning and execution of annual compensation planning and review cycles.
- Employee Relations - Design, plan, and implement employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Cultivate good communication and positive relationships with employees and managers.
- Policy & Compliance - In partnership with the people operations team, ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies. Advise managers on compliance in all aspects, at all levels.
- Change Management - Drive consistent delivery of world class people programs within area of responsibility.
- Immigration - Responsible for all immigration topics.
- And all other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role with broad knowledge and experience in Human Resources management.
- Ability to clearly interpret company policies.
- Strong organizational development background with responsibility for coaching and culture.
- Experience in assessing, creating and implementing innovative solutions to increase engagement and retention.
- Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike.
- Strong employee relations skills.
- Experience helping organizations scale up.
- Be able to work collaboratively with a multi-cultural work force.
- Strong computer skills. Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SAP, and with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar. A college degree is preferred but not required. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
