SalaryLocal Manufacturing Company seeking Human Resource Assistant.
Duties will include other office duties as needed. May include projects and assistance with Engineering Dept instruction booklets
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Assist with payroll time sheet gathering and submitting
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow directions and understand philosophy of company
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Full Benefits 1st of month after 30 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
