Previous Workers Compensation experience a MUST

Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Work closely and extensively with the legal team to ensure the best results for our clients

Correspond with counsel, the Workers Compensation Board, medical offices and clients

Coordinate appointments in the office and with medical offices, including all correspondence and logistics necessary

Complete administrative duties such as answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients

Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow

Qualifications:

SPANISH SPEAKING A MUST

EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF WORKERS COMPENSATION A MUST

Knowledge of Ecase and Complimenter

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to take direction and work independently

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• No travel

Experience:

• Workers' compensation law: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Required)
