What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals
- Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Handle employee relations matters with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Manage workers compensation, personal & family leave and disability programs
- Collaborate with leadership to create strategies for talent retention and succession planning
- Accountable for day-to-day transactional HR tasks and resource to employees

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years Human Resource experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess patience and the ability to relate tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in office software and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstance warrants and to remain calm during emergency situations
