Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Coordinate employee orientation and training programs - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Process payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping using Kronos or similar systems - Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and employee development programs - Assist with conflict management and resolution as needed - Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases - Assist with organization design projects and implementation of HR initiatives - Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role or related administrative position - Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, Dayforce, Oracle, or similar platforms - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
