Work you'll do
- Support administrative services with knowledge of applicable HR regulations
- Conduct research, collect and distill data to affect human capital solutions to ensure operational requirements are met
- Obtain data and reports for presentations and client meetings
- Make use of proprietary tools, methods, and processes in performing project tasks
- Assist with the creation of presentations
- Collect data, undertake analysis, and help identify issues
- Develop task plans and understand best practice frameworks and key performance metrics
- Support teams in providing all components of Human Resources services including, but not limited to, advise, implement, and operate services of people, process, and technology

The Human Capital AMS/Operate team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital as Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, management, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of professional work experience in Human Resources operations
- Demonstrated understanding of the support required for general Human Resources operations and basic services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now, or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
- Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
Qualifications Preferred
- Working proficiency in PeopleSoft
