About You:
As a Human Resources Assistant at Total Life, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Director with various administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This is an entry level position ideal for candidates that have just recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director, including managing files, data entry, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the recruitment process, such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on various projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training programs and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Google suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
