Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Policy Implementation: Collaborate with department managers to ensure the understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Continuously update and enhance HR policies as needed.
- Employee Records and Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate reports as required.
- Process employee payroll information (timesheets, deduction authorizations, etc.), print or transmit paychecks, ensuring accurate and timely payments are made to employees
- Ensure status changes and audits of time records are accurate and discrepancies are addressed and resolved
- File required documents and reports according to company, state, and federal payroll guidelines
- Analyze and respond to questions and concerns from employees regarding paychecks
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
