SalarySteel Tool & Engineering Co. is growing in the aerospace precision machinery and fabrication industry. We have been in business for over 60 years. This is a full-time day shift position.
You would need to have the following skills:
- Prior office experience required.
- Prior Human Resources experience helpful.
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred (time and attendance and payroll).
- Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
- Assist in onboarding, employee training and safety videos.
- The ability to keep all information confidential.
- Scanning and maintaining personnel folders.
- Planning company events and luncheons.
- Excellent attendance.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
