Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Administrator/Junior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment team and providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources department. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the efficient execution of recruitment strategies for job openings. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional support to employees throughout their employment journey. By seamlessly blending your recruitment and administrative skills, you will help create a positive candidate experience and contribute to the overall success of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities and Duties:
Employee Records Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Assist with preparing and distributing relevant HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Promote a positive work culture and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment/ Candidate Sourcing Process Support:
- Support with pre-employment processes.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to screen potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and Corporate Recruiter and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR and recruitment files and documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and support offboarding activities.
- Participating and supporting in HR department projects
- Performs other duties as required and any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years in an administrative or HR/recruitment support role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
