Position Summary
*Position Eligible for a $5k Sign-on Bonus*
Position includes an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential pay!!
This shift is 5PM to 8AM Monday through Sunday every other week, 7 days on then 7 days off.
Responsible for the care of hospice patients during non-business hours including, but not limited to: triaging patient phone calls, providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient's place of residents for evening and night AFTER HOURS duty in accordance with the patient's respective plan of care and based on need. Provide support and follow-through to the patient's family during any actively dying and/or death visit for the hospice team.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of RN degree; BSN preferred
Preferred nursing experience, with at least one year recent hospital, nursing home or homecare/hospice experience
Strong clinical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve independently
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required
Current RN licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (or willing to obtain dual licensure after hire)
Current drivers license and auto insurance
