HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
JOB OUTLINE
Hours: Full-time (40 hours / week). 8:30AM CST - 5:30PM CST
Location: 6625 Lyndale Ave S.; Richfield MN 55423 (Some Remote / Flex Work)
Summary: Possess high level of integrity and have experience handling a variety of Human Resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with HR policies and regulations, and more. Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. Well-organized, flexible, possess excellent attention to detail. Assist with ensuring the company’s operations will be running smoothly to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Project Responsibilities & Duties:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviews. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, life insurance, disability, and voluntary benefits. Assist employees with enrollment and benefits-related inquiries. Reconcile monthly statements from providers. Manage COBRA benefits.
Maintain Paid Time Off records and assist employees with PTO-related questions.
HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee birthday and anniversary reports and notifications.
HR Compliance: Manage employment verifications, unemployment inquiries, garnishment requests and other HR-related inquiries. Complete surveys, census requests and other requests for information as needed.
HR Projects: Facilitate CT Cup Contest. Organize company events, including holiday events, potlucks and other events, as needed. Order flowers for appropriate occasions as requested by Management. Produce company employee newsletter.

Work Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, good phone etiquette, attention to detail, collaboration, flexible/adaptable to change, self-motivated, multi-task, and ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook mail/calendars, Publisher, efficiently maneuver on the computer. Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures. Excellent knowledge of employment laws. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
1-2 years of HR experience preferred, or relevant education.
Physical Demands: Sit for up to 8 hours per day, must be able to lift 10-15 lbs occasionally.
