Summary: The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources team. Demonstrates The Woodlands Methodist Church’s (TWMC) mission to reach people for Jesus Christ, disciple them in faith, and help those in need.
Essential Functions:
· Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper.
· Schedule and arrange meetings, including arranging media support, food service, FMX reservations, and event registrations.
· Answer phone calls and emails.
· Order office supplies or other items upon request.
· Draft communications or routine reports.
· Edit correspondence and ensure document accuracy.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Must have administrative experience. (3 or more years preferred).
· Human Resources experience preferred.
· Strong team player with a willingness to complete a variety of tasks, with a shared workload.
· Ability to multitask, handle complex, sensitive, and detailed-oriented situations with confidentiality.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and able to learn new computer programs, such as FMX and Rock.
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
