Job description

Job Summary:
The Human ResourcesBusiness Partner (HRBP) will collaborate with Clearwater's CHRO, Chief Client Officer, and Operations leadership team to define and execute people strategies that drive organizational and people effectiveness. It is key that this role understands the business priorities and can effectively translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The HRBP serves as a liaison between corporate and the priorities in Operations. This role will play a key role in performance management, employee relations, compensation, workforce analysis, career development and leadership development. The HRBP effectively diagnoses problems as well as identifies and drives appropriate solutions. This role will report to the CHRO.
Responsibilities:
  • Defines the people strategies for Operations across all department and geographies including how we are performing against those people strategies and targets.
  • Is a trusted advisor to the Chief Client Officer and their direct reports.
  • Collaborates with all levels of management in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes relating to Human Resources, organizational and employee development.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes root causes of employee issues, proposes resolutions, and drives improvement in employee engagement, empowerment, and enablement.
  • Advises business leaders on solutions that enhance talent effectiveness and productivity through organizational design/development, talent acquisition, cultural and process-oriented initiatives.
  • Supports company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, liaising with the Chief Client Officer and her directs as well as HR leaders on the change management underway to modernize and scale our platform.
  • Participates in talent management and succession planning programs within Operations.
  • Plays a key role in the global HR team spending time supporting or owning large and often complex global HR projects.
  • Demonstrates senior consultancy expertise of the business.
  • Acts as a thought leader on people-related strategy and roadmap.
  • Proposes and successfully implements one or more high impact people-related programs annually.
  • Sets the strategy and executes organizational re-structuring and succession planning.
  • Establishes the strategy for people-related projects on behalf of the Executive Leadership team to their direct reports.
  • Engages in the industry and has demonstrated expertise in leading HR practices/vendors to drive the best outcomes.

Required Skills:
  • Experience working within a technology organization specifically with their Operations organization.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
  • SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
  • 9+ years experience either in in-house HRBP or Consultant role or other relevant experience in Operations in a leadership role
