Job Description


What role will you play?

Creative solutions are at the core of our approach to presenting new and exciting software technology to our clients! That same creativity also drives our outreach via sales and marketing in order to reach a broader audience for our software. Adding a special level of color our brand on the first line adds a level of expectation for our team build throughout and is crucial for the successful launch growth of our products! As a Field Marketing Manager you will be expected to do just that! You will be responsible for personally connecting with target prospects in order to best market and sell our products/services. The Field Marketing Manager will also work to get our products and services in front of potential customers. You will lead end-to-end marketing operations, from sales activation to lead and customer management, including orchestrating all field activities globally. You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, and Communication teams and support business unit managers and other relevant stakeholders in your assigned region with the following objectives: Brand awareness and engage the target audience, generate business opportunities, contribute to customer retention and acquisition.

What will you be doing?

  • Define and execute the operational marketing plan for the North Americas.
  • Work in close collaboration with the other teams of the marketing department to propose a localized and relevant omnichannel market engagement plans.
  • Manage operations for hosted and sponsored events, online and physical (tradeshows, conferences, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with our Fintech partners to co-organize events.
  • Support the sales teams to generate sales leads, in particular via an ABM approach and participate in responses to strategic calls for tenders.
  • Maintain and enrich the prospect and customer database.
  • Support digital marketing strategy, planning and execution, including day to day execution of email platform, sales and marketing campaigns, webinars, video, blogs, and related content.
  • Support sales enablement training with aims at strengthening the GTM process.
  • Relay and deliver the company's communication strategy.
  • Travel expectancy: 50-75%

Qualifications


What do we require from you?

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in within a Fintech or SaaS, (financial) business
  • Extensive Marketing experience and a background in management of Field Marketing and demand generation
  • Demonstrated a strong ability to build and follow a plan, and to deliver on a day-to-day basis
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the banking or auto & asset finance or the technology industry,
  • Client, process, and results-oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Confident with a dynamic personality

Education/Certification/License Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline/experience

Working Experience:

  • 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in Field Marketing or sales enablement
  • Fintech/SaaS/Banking/Automotive & Asset finance tech industry experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Fintech industry exposure

Pay Transparency: Competitively $95,000/annually
