HR Recruiter Role
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. They will also assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods and platforms, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Optimize digital recruiting resources.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist with the new hire process, including processing the I-9 form, background checks, and drug screenings.
- Create and maintain employee files.
- Issue employee badges.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Promote and maintain a collaborative and respectful working environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information regarding candidates, employees, and members.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, speak, and listen effectively in English.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge in using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and web browsing.
- Successfully meet AZ-DPA requirements for Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must have reliable transportation.
