HR Recruiter Role

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. They will also assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods and platforms, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Optimize digital recruiting resources.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with the new hire process, including processing the I-9 form, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Create and maintain employee files.
• Issue employee badges.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Promote and maintain a collaborative and respectful working environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information regarding candidates, employees, and members.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• 1 - 2 years of administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, speak, and listen effectively in English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge in using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and web browsing.
• Successfully meet AZ-DPA requirements for Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must have reliable transportation.
