The Role:

The Recruiting and HR Assistant is executing a defined recruitment process including administration of the ATS, posting jobs, communication with applicants, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing for direct labor positions, presenting career opportunity sessions, conducting new employee orientations and assisting in various administrative tasks essential to HR operations.


Your contribution to our vision (responsibilities):

  • Executes defined recruitment process.
  • Administration of ATS.
  • Posting jobs.
  • Communication with applicants.
  • Candidate screening.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Interviews for direct labor positions.
  • Presents career opportunity sessions.
  • Conducts defined orientation program.
  • Assists HR in various administrative tasks.
  • Prepares job descriptions.
  • Special projects as assigned.

You bring:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent experience.
  • CAA/CAP preferred.
  • Positive attitude and common sense.
  • Excellent communication skills in person (including presentation) and writing.
  • Interviewing techniques.
  • Business writing and documentation production skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Critical evaluation.
  • Relationship management.
  • Problem solving.
  • Initiative.
  • Team Player.
  • Advanced computer skills - MS Office

A Plus:

  • Experience with HRMS.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System.
  • Spanish language.
