What you'll do:

· Act as first point of contact in the department, answering routine questions and routing calls as needed

· Manage job openings; work with staffing agencies, post job opportunities, contact universities, advertise and post resources

· Evaluate applicants on consistent set of qualifications and behavioral interviewing questions

· On-board new employees

· Coordinate all employee scheduled training/certifications

· Run temporary employees’ payroll and HR reports

· Enter temps and new hires into the ATS (Workday)

· Perform other special projects or duties when required

What you'll need to have:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent

• Two (2) years of previous human resources or administrative experience

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
