A rapidly growing 16-year-old Light Industrial Staffing Agency is looking for a Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiting Assistant to support a Corporate Recruiter with:
- Candidate Screening Calls
- Onboarding Paperwork
- Interview Scheduling
- Email Communication
- Various Administrative Tasks
Candidates canLIVE ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATESbut will be supporting a Recruiter in Mountain Standard Time.
REQUIRED:
- Bilingual & Able to Read/Write/Speak in Spanish & English
- 1+ Year of Experience in Administrative, Recruiting or Customer Service Rep Work
- Excellent Phone & Email Skills
- Very Strong Ability to Multi-Task
- A Compassionate & Empathetic Customer Service Style

JOB DUTIES:
- Making phone calls, scheduling interviews and assisting potential employees with onboarding paperwork, drug screen and background checks
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to update client, candidate and assignment information.
- Helping perspective employees through the hiring process.
- Recruiting and placing employees on assignment.
- Updating candidate tracking spreadsheets with necessary data.
- Assist in advertising for job openings.
- Communicating with offices regarding client hiring requirements and onboarding needs.
- Communicating all relevant information to employees & job applicants.
- Working with supervisors to assist with any additional administrative duties.
- Maintaining personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations per Client.
- Enforcing company policies, rules & regulations
