KR3 Information Systems, Inc. is actively recruiting a mature, dynamic individual to provide human resources and administrative tasks for its operations in Atlanta, GA.
Based in Atlanta, GA, The Human Resources and Administrative Assistant works closely with our clients, executive team, and employees.

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Benefits administration, conducts new hire and exit interviews, ensuring employees understand their benefit coverages—Administers health plans.
- HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll
- Responsible for employee verification, unemployment and disability claims, timesheet tracking, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy, fair employment practices, and government regulations
- Manage employee documentation such as the Employee Handbook and disciplinary communications.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to accounting
- Assists in identifying staff vacancies and recruits, interviews, and selects applicants.
- Experience with government IT projects and contracts is a great plus.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences, events, etc.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and manage office workflows.
Requirements:
- Must have recent experience in an HR/Admin role
- Proven experience implementing human resources programs.
- Experience in the IT staffing/software industry is a plus.
- A conscientious, detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook suite.
- Interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company, including senior-level executives and front-line workers.
- Experience working with individuals across different geographies and cultures, and with cross-division efforts in a company.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and affirmative action planning.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: $18.50 - $23.32 per hour
