Job Objective
Implementation & Execution of all relevant HR requirements based on defined process map and the regulatory framework of the business and HR group strategy. Developing and improving of local processes and standards and business partner to the local management team and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
Description Of Main Tasks
Implementation and improvement of operative HR topics and processes based on current and future needs, execution of the accurate reporting to essential HR KPI’s and conduction of improve measures
Ensuring proper personnel administration, time recording and payroll
External collaboration (e.g. authorities, societies, service providers) and internally with all departments
HR Controlling and collaboration with Controlling & Accounting in the context of monthly / quarter / annual financial statements and personnel cost planning
Execution of all employee life cycle processes (Recruitment, On-boarding, Talent Management & Employee Engagement, Training & Development and Termination process)
Supporting local management team and all local employees in HR relevant matters
Ensuring compliance with Carcoustics standards, guidelines and processes and local rules
Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Human Resources or comparable qualification
3-6 years of experience in Human Resources in industrial environment
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to act as a company representative and employee’s advocate
Social competencies according to Company values (Teamwork ability, Intercultural Competence, Openness to change, Capacity for innovation, Reliability)
