Hr Generalist

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources team with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
• Work directly in the HRIS system ADP WorkforceNow to pull and analyze reports
• Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, answering questions related to benefits and open enrollment
• Affirmative Action and DEI data analysis, reporting, and supporting activities
• Employee relations, disputes, terminations and investigations
• Assist with compensation surveys and requests
• Respond to HR inquiries and assist with communication of employee requests
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience with using ADP Workforce Now HRIS system is required
• Data analytics, customized reporting, strong excel skills required
• Experience working with different HR Functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, onboarding and orientation
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field

Compensation

• This is a direct hire position with salary range of 72-80k with flexibility depending on experience
• This position offers growth potential and the ability to help shape the HR department with the opportunity to be promoted within HR over time
