In this fast-paced environment, you will carry out responsibilities in benefits administration, training, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years prior experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and a PHR or SHRM-CP.

Responsibilities:
- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations at the direction of the HR Director. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper withholdings.
- Monthly benefit invoice reconciliation.
- Performs positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions. Paycor experience helpful
- Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case files.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Experience in UKG helpful.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Other duties as needed.
