Responsibilities
HR Generalists at Carolina Poly are responsible performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, day-to-day handling of confidential employee files, heavy data entry, filing, employment law compliance, workers compensation, screening phone calls and recruitment. This role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years in Human Resources is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish languages would be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.
