Responsibilities:
- Places advertisements in all types of media for open positions for both Polar and Adirondack
- Works with the ADP requisition/application system
- Pre-screen applicants in ADP system and by phone
- Determines qualified applicants by pre-screen interview and applicant responses.
- Forwards applications to Managers for their review
- Works and communicates with all managers for both companies regarding their hiring needs. In person or phone communication must be done to all hiring managers on a monthly basis.
- Provide assistance with the Spanish speaking employees that require assistance with paperwork.
- Multitask, able to manage time and be well organized.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow associates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment.
- Good communication skills, must be organized and work in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
