Job Description
N eed a strong HR Generalist with experience in employee relations, labor law, engagement, HR policies, as well as other day to day employee issue tasks.
- Automotive/Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication/people skills
- Payroll- Kronos and PeopleSoft experienced
- Able to address Employee Relations concerns
- Flexible with work schedule (Plant has 3 shifts will rotate when needed to cover accordingly, primarily starting around 7:30am-4pm or 5am, again if needed )
- Will report directly to the Plant HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three to five years generalist experience
- The candidates must also have labor law experience; can work in a fast-paced environment, has union avoidance experience and can multi-task.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
