ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:The Traveling HR Generalist will manage the HR function of Diversicare centers that have a need for additional HR support including but not limited to recruiting, payroll, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. This position will provide remote support, as well as onsite support, which will require travel to the assigned center. Travel requirements will vary depending on need, up to 50%.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred and/or five years' direct human resources experience.2. Human Resources certification preferred.3. Knowledge of timekeeping software and hardware programs and processing preferred. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.6. Ability to conduct training for team members required.7. Experience with HRIS platform required, UKG/Dimensions preferred.8. Experience with ATS platform required, iCIMS preferred
