This position is in Warrendale, PA and offers a hybrid mix of in-office and work from home. 

What we’d like you to do:

As the HR Director – Operations Excellence reporting to the VP Human Resources, you’ll need to have a minimum of 10+ years of direct experience with HR technology, strategy, process, and project management. You will have 4 - 5 direct reports, own all products, programs, and processes within your sphere of responsibility. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Improve /streamline / transform HR processes across the company (while finalizing the ADS/Vector integration from a people perspective in 2022-2024).
• Improve /streamline / transform HR systems across all disciplines (UKG Core, Cornerstone, Recruitment Portal, On Boarding, Time & Attendance, etc.), to include upgrades and functional efficiencies, roles, workflows, integrations, and security within the system(s).
• Ensure Payroll and all related processes, including tax, are correct and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the VP, HR to create and track HR metrics.
• Partner with IT on HR/IT Corporate Initiatives, i.e., automating Active Directory, etc.
• Support Business Transformation / implementation of D365 from an HR systems and operational process perspective, i.e., integrations between UKG Pro / Dimensions and D365, process improvements, etc.
• Own HR Vendor Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline with an HR focus or equivalent years of progressive experience.
• 10+ years of direct experience with HR technology, strategy, process, and project management.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to think and act strategically.
