The Human Resources Director provides end-to-end operational HR leadership to campus employees and the management team. The role fosters relationships with department leaders and provides counsel and guidance on issues relevant to employee and department goals and objectives. As a part of the Human Resources Leadership Team, you will lean into our core values of excellence, innovation, collaboration, and inclusion to ensure individuals live well, and team members have meaningful, engaging work. Each HR Director is responsible for their assigned campus' regulatory compliance and will lead and support the efforts of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network to increase employee engagement and create a culture where team members love their work.

What we are looking for:
We need a proven leader who will help our team members and Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents and who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships. Our HR Directors are required to:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience;
- Exhibit general knowledge of labor laws and HR fundamentals;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others;
- Be able to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff, including licensed healthcare professionals;
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
SHRM-CP or PHR Certification is preferred.
