Director Of Human Resources (Hr)

Holland Center is seeking a Human Resources (HR)/Payroll Director.

Responsibilities of the HR Director:

• Auditing files and filing paperwork
• Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
• Coordinating interviews for new staff
• Onboarding new hires and organize orientations
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed

Qualifications of the HR Director:

• Two years of experience in HR and Payroll Processes
• Two years of experience in the healthcare field
• Degree in HR preferred
• Thorough knowledge of HR practices and laws
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
