Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The Role:
We are seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to join our team for to assist with various HR-related administrative tasks on a part-time (20-25 hours/week) basis for approximately 6 months. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in and complete administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employment data changes and data entry.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing materials and facilitating orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and metrics.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with open enrollment processes.
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications related to HR programs and initiatives.
- Document storage and processing; such as incoming mail review and distribution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or coordination role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
The salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour; however, the pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
