International Operations Coordinator
Will perform a variety of resource management and strategic planning tasks to ensure the organization is adequately supplied.
Responsibilities
- Monthly inventory reconciliation
- Order processing (posting)
- Amazon order entry and fulfillment management
- Processing credit memos
- Sales team communication
- Develops positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Responsible for managing all outbound communication with 3PL
- Coordinates expediting and tracing activities with carriers, packers and shipping agents
- Monitors carriers to confirm appointments, arrival, and delivery status
- Collect and analyze date to identify inventory needs
Skills and Abilities
- 3+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (scheduling, project management, data management, shipping documentation)
- Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Must be pro-active, and have a high attention to detail
