Come join us! Mobius is a fast-growing and award-winning systems engineering company and we are searching for a Human Resources Coordinator. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resources functions within Mobius. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, maintaining HR records and assisting in employee relations.
Duties of a Human Resources Administrator may include:
- Employee Records and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic format.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employment verification.
- Benefit Administration
- Support the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide information during open enrollment periods.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
- Prepare regular HR reports and assist in audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Training and Development
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Maintain training records and assist in the implementation of professional development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Paylocity a plus.
