We are looking for a HR Coordinator one of our clients in Salem, VA
Here is what you will do:
- Adheres to Core Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist with new hire orientation.
- Clerical duties, filing, maintaining files, send information via electronic methods.
- Create and maintain excel documents.
- Promotes an issue-free work environment that adherence to Integer values.
- Acts as the first point of contact for associate concerns, complaints and/or workplace conflicts.
- Ensures concerns are addressed and resolved timely and fairly.
- Ensures compliance with all local/state/country labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum if a Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of federal and state Labor and employment laws
- Microsoft Excel experience
