Seasonal Hr Recruitment Coordinator - The Cavalier Resort

Seeking a Seasonal Recruitment Coordinator to assist with our busy season as we start to ramp up for the Summer months! Ideally this position would be about 6 months but may last longer depending on business needs.

PAY: $20.00/HR

Schedule: 6 Months

• Monday - Friday
• Normal Business Hours
• Located ONSITE at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Human Resources Business Partner/Recruiter - to assist with daily tasks such as:

• Conduct new hire onboarding
• Assist HRBP with New Hire Orientation
• Administrative duties (filing, reporting, tracking, photocopying, etc.)
• Collecting and scanning paperwork & I-9 Documents
• Oversees management of uniform inventory including ordering, receiving, department billing, distribution, payroll deductions, and physical inventory
• Participates in actions and events that promote positive employee relations
• Supplies Name Tags for all Associates as required.
• Maintains name tag inventory and troubleshoots machine as needed
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
