Work Environment:
Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate department meetings.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive support for advisor-client interactions, professional development initiatives, and the orchestration of impactful event experiences.
- Refine strategic presentations and reports to uphold high-quality standards and reinforce position as thought leaders.
- Analyze initiative outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Edit project deliverables for clarity and quality.
- Utilize project management tools to enhance task efficiency and maintain department accountability.
- Manage budget tracking with senior management guidance.
- Oversee meticulous documentation and file management to support operational excellence.
- Actively participate in team meetings to align with and advance the department’s strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years' related experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating seamlessly with others and taking direction from the Consulting Services team.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tool.
- Experience using CRM or graphic design software is a plus.
