Additional Info:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
- Location: primarily in office in Bloomington
- Type: open to temp to hire and direct hire
- Pay: $50K-$55K depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage all employee life-cycle changes within Paylocity
- Facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees
- Manage new hire orientation and serve as the main point of contact for all new employees
- Oversee the benefits program - assist with enrollment
- Provide day to day administrative support to the HR department
- Create documentation for interviews, new hire orientation, benefits, and new employee files
- Complete employment verifications
- Pulling various reports
Requirements:
- Experience with Paylocity - required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business and/or equivalent experience preferred
- 6 months+ of human resources and/or administrative experience with a strong desire to work in Human Resources
- Effective communicator - written, oral and non-verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
