Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage Salesforce inbox for incoming business enhancements, RITM’s, and incidents.
Prepare request and review with CRM product team to determine priorities and level of effort for execution.
Consult with US Region Business stakeholders and assess and recommend appropriate solution that aligns with the BD commercial strategy.
Work across US BD businesses to be the front-line support for the Salesforce business delegated administrators.
Provide basic end user support inclusive of managing office hours and answering questions.
Maintain, iterate, and develop end-user training playbooks and instructional videos.
Provide training for Salesforce Delegated Administrators.
Adjunct support for US Commercial Enablement Salesforce analys
Required Qualifications
2+ years combined experienced in Salesforce CRM technology.
Bachelor Degree
Strong acumen to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
Ability to in partnership with the US Region delegated admin practice group and the Technology and Global services team (TGS)
Ability to span multiple technology platforms and the willingness to become proficient in technologies over and above the required specialty.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel ~10% required.
BA/BS required (in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in the applicable area)
Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification
Preferred, not required, SAFe Agile framework.
