HR Coordinator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Description:
The HR Coordinator will be part of the HR Shared Services. The job is to support the rest of the HR organization. As such, their tasks span throughout a lot of different areas, including:
Support recruiters through interview scheduling – this is done through Outlook
Gather new hire I9 forms and completing E-Verify
Handle relocations for new employees moving for their role – register the person in the relocation vendor’s system
Process tuition reimbursement
Process candidate travel reimbursement
Help to audit payroll on payroll weeks
Field tons of calls on PTO questions
Process timecards
Answer phone calls to answer any and all HR-related questions

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable
EXCELLENT communication skills
Really great customer service skills
Basic Excel experience – all spreadsheets are already created. This would be more on the data entry side
This group utilizes multiple Teams channels where documentation is housed. This person needs to be very familiar with Teams.
This group also utilizes OneNote to house their process documentation
Training will be a combination of shadowing and will be utilizing process documentation.
Must be resourceful.
