Summary/Objective
The HR and Legal Assistant will assist the Human Respurces Department and Legal Department with administrative and data related tasks. S/he should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. The HR and Legal Assistant should be enthusiastic about providing human resources and Legal support, a team player who strives on attention to detail with knowledge of various administrative and office support responsibilities and open to learning new processes and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Prepare written documents and correspondence including email, memos and reports.
- Review, disseminate and respond timely to Human Resources email box inquiries.
- Process employees' queries, respond promptly and communicate with internal and external stakeholders until issue resolution.
- Schedule interview and Department meetings.
- Support the performance review process.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Process paperwork and maintain databases.
- Organize orientation sessions.
- Keep up to date Department Trackers and Charts.
- General clerical duties.
- Provide other executive administrative support, as needed.
