We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our professional team and help make a difference as a first point of contact for our customers and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional office environment, and be comfortable answering all incoming calls, greeting customers/clients, handling basic clerical duties. Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and other employees. Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day. Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge. Bilingual. Flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Screening phone calls and recognize when to refer clients to other staff members.
- Provide customers/clients with information.
- Setting up appointments and meetings for office staff.
- Processing bills/payments.
- Receiving and scanning all incoming correspondence.
- Create interpersonal relationships.
- Assist in legal work- drafting, proofreading, sending out correspondence and documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
