As an HR Analyst in HR Operations at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will be pivotal in leading and executing strategic HR initiatives. You will be a key member of a dynamic Human Resources Shared Services Team. Key Responsibilities
Recognition Program:
Serve as the program manager, responsible for overseeing the processing of rewards and billing.
Act as the main liaison for vendor partnerships, ensuring effective utilization and resolving any issues that may arise.
Utilize analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance of the recognition program.
Compliance Training Management:
Manage compliance training programs, addressing inquiries and providing support to employees.
Utilize analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to compliance training.
U.S. Immigration Program Oversight:
Provide expert guidance and support on immigration matters, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on immigration-related issues.
Stay updated on immigration regulations and proactively address any potential compliance issues.
U.S. PTO Program Governance:
Manage and oversee the U.S. Paid Time Off (PTO) sharing program.
Ensure compliance with PTO policies and guidelines.
Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to the PTO program.
Tuition Reimbursement Program Administration:
Act as the primary contact for the tuition reimbursement program.
Manage partnerships with external vendors and educational institutions.
Ensure smooth administration of the program and address any issues or concerns.
HR Strategic Projects:
Play a leading role in managing and collaborating on various HR strategic projects.
Drive innovation and success in the HR department through the implementation of new initiatives and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results.
The essential requirements of the job include:
At least 4+ years of experience in the field, ideally in a Human Resources role; or Master’s degree, 2+ years experience in a Human Resources role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Workday
HR Shared Service Organizations
Working in a Global environment
Project management

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
