Job Description
Robert Half is in search of a Workday Analyst/Tester to assist a client undergoing a Workday implementation. Previous experience with Compensation and Talent Management Modules is a bonus.
100% Remote
Contract Duration: 9 months
Job Function Detail:
- A Workday Systems Analyst with over 5 years of experience in HR processes and systems testing
- Testing Expertise: Execute testing activities for a duration of 9 months, utilizing thousands of test scripts, ensuring thorough examination of systems related to compensation and talent management.
- HR Process Understanding: Demonstrate proficiency and comprehension of HR processes, particularly in compensation management, performance appraisal, succession planning, talent assessment, and disciplinary actions.
- System Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of HR systems, with a focus on core compensation components such as grades, job profiles, salary plans, hourly plans, merits, and bonus structures. Ensure confidentiality and security protocols align with organizational hierarchies and roles in Workday.
- Testing Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute testing cycles, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in system functionality and performance.
- Configuration and Octane Testing: Leverage configuration experience to understand and optimize module functionalities. Perform rigorous testing, particularly with Octane, to validate system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience with Workday is a must.
- HR background preferred
- Familiarity with Talent Management and Compensation Modules is preferred.
