Under the direction of the Personnel Operations Manager (SSMI), the Personnel Operations Analyst (Associate Governmental Program Analyst) serves as the Telework Coordinator for the California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) providing timely and appropriate guidance while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. This includes but is not limited to working and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, executive leadership, and control agencies. Will also perform the more complex analytical tasks related to personnel for the CALPIA Aerosol-Transmissible Disease (ATD) Policy and will act as the ATD Coordinator.
