- You are familiar with Workday’s ERP (required) and have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures aligned with these capabilities. Expertise within Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Development, and/or Security is preferred.
- You can effectively manage the demand for technology enhancements within your functional area by analyzing and prioritizing requests, implementing strategies to optimizing resource utilization and balance competing priorities, while advancing the HR strategic goals.
- You can analyze, design, and optimize business processes through gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and partnering with IT to implement solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
- You can effectively design and deliver technology enhancements by collaborating with IT and defining functional requirements, conducting thorough testing to ensure alignment with requirements, serving as the point of contact to troubleshoot issues, and coordinating resolution and escalation with IT as necessary.
- You can apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to effectively identify, analyze, and solve problems, utilizing a variety of problem-solving techniques and strategies.
- You can effectively collaborate with individuals and teams from different departments or areas of expertise by leveraging communication skills, active listening, and empathy to build strong working relationships, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust, and achieving shared goals and objectives.
