House Manager

Supernova Services is looking for a responsible, caring, and compassionate House Manager to join our growing team. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or mental disabilities live a more fulfilled and happy life. The person in this role will essentially be responsible for tasks such as, but not limited to:

- Directly supervising and coaching Direct Support Professionals

- Handling and addressing conflicts

- Participating in team meetings

- Supporting the achievement of participants' personal outcomes

- Setting expectations and leading by example

- Scheduling and attending medical appointments for participants

- Developing monthly menus that meet the nutritional requirements as outlined in the Ch. 6400 regulations

- Planning activities for participants in the home and in the community

- Assisting direct support professionals with behavioral concerns and issues

- Ensuring the home is clean and has supplies (cleaning, food, etc.) necessary

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred

- Previous leadership experience

- Intermediate computer skills

- At least 2 years of experience working under the Chapter 6400 regulations

- Driver's license

- Pre-employment drug screening/background check
