Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the leasing process, including advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance to management.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is preferred.
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to property management.
- Experience working with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance practices and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in property leasing and marketing strategies.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
