Job Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be the key orchestrator of our hotel's operations, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for both guests and staff. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic Hotel Manager with a passion for hospitality, a drive for success, and a strong background in Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, bar, and restaurant to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Emphasize the importance of delivering outstanding service in both hotel and F&B areas.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service, prompt issue resolution, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability, especially in the Food & Beverage department.
- F&B Expertise: Leverage your extensive F&B experience to enhance the restaurant's menu, quality of service, and overall dining experience.
- New Restaurant Opening: Play a pivotal role in the opening of a new restaurant within the hotel, including menu development, staff training, and ensuring a successful launch.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel, bar, and new restaurant, driving local and online visibility.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as Hotel Manager or Resort Manager role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on Food & Beverage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
